Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us whose hands
Seals are hereunto Sett two of his Maties, Justices of the peace
for the City of London (Quorm Unus) by the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate

Lately come into the Said Parish Endeauring to Settle there
Contrary to Law and unless timely prevented ar likely to become
Chargeable thereunto which was do adjudge to be true And
forasmuch as it Appeareth unto us the said Justices upon
the Oath of the said Thomas Hare That about Six Years
aged he was an hired Yearly Servant in the parish of St.
Ethelburga
London with Mr.

then an
Inhabitant in the Said parish with whom he lived there for the
Space of one whole Year and upwards
and no ether Legal Settlement appearing unto us since
We do also adjudge the Said parish of St. Ethelburga
London to be the place of their last legal Settlement

You the Churchwardens Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Botolph without Bishopsgate London forthwith to remove and
Convey the Said Thomas Hare Elizabeth his wife and
Charles Hannah and Anne their Said three Children
from out of your Said Parish unto the Said Parish of St
Ethelburga Londonand them Deliver unto the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor there Some or one
of them who are Hereby required to recieve and Provide for
them According to Law Given under our hands and
