The Humble Petition of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint Michael
Cornhill London
Sheweth,
That by Virtue of on Order or Warrant under the
hands and Seales of two of his Majesties Justices of
the peace for the Said City and liberties thereof
(Quor unus) bearing date the 27th day of July 1723

her Daughter
were removed from the parish of Allhallowes on
London Wall
to the parish of Saint Michael Cornhill
aforesaid alledging the said parish of Saint Michael
Cornhill to be the place of them last legall
Settlement
That your Peticoners conceiving themselves
aggreived by the said Order do humbly appeale
for to your Lordship and Worships therefrom
and humbly pray they may be heard concerning
the premisses and that the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of
Allhallowes on London Wall may appear
before you to hear and abide by the Judgmt.
and determination of your Lord ship and
Worships touching this appeall
