Churchwarden & Overseer of the poor of the
Hamlett of Bethnall Green in the parish
of St Dunstan Stepney als Stebunheath
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by an Order bearing Date the Sixth day of
November last under the hands & Seals of Sr Gerard Conyers< no role > Knt :
Lord Mayor & Sr William Stewart< no role > Knt . two of his Majties: Justices of the
Peace for the City of London & Liberties thereof (Quor unus) Mary
Syer< no role > Wife of Joseph Syer< no role > & Ann< no role > their Child about five years Old were removed
& Conveyed from the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate London
unto the Said Hamlett of Bethnall Green as the place of their last
legall Settlement; by which Said order your Peticoners conceive themselves
Aggrieved & humbly appeals against the same praying Such relief
in the premisses as to your Worships Judgment shall seem just.
