That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands & Seals of two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for the City of London (Quor unus) bearing
date the 14th day of June 1723

poor of the parish of St. Botolph without Bishopsgate

Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Catherine
Coleman
London Alledging the Said parish to be the place of their
last Legal Settlement
That Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved by
the said Warrant and Judgment of the Said two
Justices And do most humbly Appeal to Your Honour
and Worships there from
Yr Petitioners therefore most humbly pray
that Your Honour and Worships will be
pleased to hear them in the premisses and
Order that the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the poor of the sd Parish of St Botolph
without Bishopsgate London may Appear
before You & hear & abide the determinacon
of this Court touching the Said Appeal
And he Shall ever pray Etc.
