The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St Mary Abchurch London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands & Seals of the
of his Maties Justices of the peace for the City of London (Qurn Unus)
bearing date the First day of February last past Richard Farleys< no role > with
Elizabeth< no role > his wife were removed from the parish of St Bridgett ats Brides
London unto the said parish of St Mary Abchurch London as the
Place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petrs conceiving themselves aggreived by the said
Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices do humbly
appeal to your Honr and Worpps therefrom And pray that your
Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses
And that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St Bridgett als Brides may appear before you
and hear and abide the Judgement and determinacon of your
Honr and Worpps touching this Appeal
