To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St Bridget als Brides London and also to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
St Mary Abchurch London .

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us whose hands and seales
are hereunto sett two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the City
of London (Quorn unus) by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St Bridget ats Brides London-That
Richard Farleye< no role > and Elizabeth < no role > his Wife

are lately Come into the said
Parish Endeavouring to settle there contrary to Law and Unless
timley prevented are likely to become Chargeable thereunto which
we doe Adjudge to be true End And for as much as if appeareth unto
unto Us the said Justices upon the Oath of the said Richard
Farleye
< no role > That he served his Apprenticeship with Robert
Fell
< no role > a shoemaker and an Inhabitant in Abchurch Lane
in the parish of St Mary Abchurch London
and now other legall Settlement
Elsewhere appearing unto Us since we doe also Adjudge the said
parish of St Mary Abchurch London to be the place of their
last legall Settlement.

These are therefore in his Maties Name to will and
require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of St Bridget ats Brides-forthwith to remove &
Convey the said Richard Farleye< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his wife
from out of Your said parish unto the said parish of St Mary
Abchurch London -and them deliver unto the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor there some or one of them who are
hereby required to receive and provide for them according
to Law Given under our hands and seales this First
day of Feburary Anno Dni 1721
