delivered by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of Pish of St.
Botolph without Bishopsgate
London unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of Pish of Wansworth
this the County of Surry upon
the Ash of the sd Jane Morlio That her husband John Marlis< no role >
rented
& dwelt in a house of Ten pounds Panum in the sd parish of Wansworth
in the Countyaforesdof Surry and no other subsequent settlement
then appearing to the sd Justices Now upon hearing the appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd Pish of Wansworth
in the
County of Surry aforesd agt the sd Warrant & Judgment of the sd two Justices in the
presence of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd pish of St
Botolph without Bishopsgate
London and having heard what could be alledged
on either side by the respective Churchwardens & their Councill & Witnesses
in & concerning the premisses It is thereupon considered & Ordered by that
Court That the sd Warrant & Judgement of the sd two Justices be
Quashed and that the sd Jane Marlis< no role >
& her son Richard be sent
back and Delivered to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the sd Pish of St Botolph without Bishopsgate
London to be by them
provided for & maintained untill they can free themselves from the
charge thereof by due Course of Law.
