The Prayer or Petition of William Lord North
& Grey.

Sheweth

That he was Comitted to His Majestys Tower
of London by Warrant under the hand and Seal of the Rt:
Honble. Charles Lord Viscount Townshend His Majestys
Principal Secretary of State dated the 29th. day of September
last for High Treason which your Petitonr is innocent of

And therefore prays that he may this present
Sessions be brought to his Tryal or otherwise
be bailed or discharged out of Custody persuant
to the Statute in that Case made and provided
