The humble Petition and Appeale of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Olave Old Jewry London

Whereas by an Order or Warrant of Removall bearing Date the
Twenty third Day of February now last past under the hands and Seals
of the right honourable Sr. William Stewart< no role > Knight Lord Mayor & the
right Worshipfull Sr: Charles Pears< no role > Knight & Alderman two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the City of London (quorum Unus)
Rachael Poey< no role > Widow with her Child Maria < no role > Aged about Five
Years have been sent and removed from the Parish of St: Stephen
Colemanstreet London to the Parish of St: Olave Old Jewry London
as to the place of their last legall Settlement

Your Petitioners finding themselves aggreived by the
said Order or Warrant of the said two Justices
humbly Appeale to this Court against the same
and Pray the Judgement and Determination
of this Court concerning the same Appeale

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
