Oath that she said Defend soon after his Comitmt. to Newgate
Vizt abt the beginning of October last being taken extreemly
ill this Dept was their sent for to attend him as his Surgeon
And this Dept. Sayth that he hath accordingly as Smr from
that time until now frequently Visitted & attended the said
Deft during his illness and allwayes found him in Bed
and very Weak And this Dept. further sayth that the said
Deft by reason of such Illness now keeps his Bed and is
in a very weak Condition and delirious and not fit
to be removed out of his Bed and Chamber.
