Andrew White< no role > Maketh oath That on saturday the eigthday
of this instant Septr. has this Deponent did deliver to Mr. Francis
Peters
< no role > as Sollicitor to the Royall African Company a Note or
Notice in writing purporting that Captain John Massey< no role > a
Prisoner in Newgate intended during the then Sessions at the
old Baily to Move the Court there That he the said John Massey< no role >
might be discharged from his imprisonment and to propose the
persons there undernamed to be his Bail vizt. John Grove< no role > of
Spittle Fields Weaver William Oxley< no role > of Bishopsgate
Street Weaver & at the same time He this Deponent did
act ye. said Francis Peters< no role > if he the said Francis Peters< no role > had
any objection to the said Captain Massey's being discharg'd
upon that Bail. To which he the said Francis Peters< no role > answered
that he the said Francis Peters< no role > would show the said note
or notice to the said, African Company on Wednesday then next
or to that Effect.
