make Oath and Say That their said master Soon after his Comittments
to the sd prison was Seized with a Violent Illness which hath so
Continued upon him that by meanes thereof he hath ever Since & now
Doth Keep his Bed and is in so very Weak Condicon and Ill State of
Health that he is not in a Capacity of being, taken or removed out of his
Bed without the Utmost Danger of his Life And these Depts further Say
That the sd Robert Pakenham< no role >
is now so Delirious & Insencible that
He is not Capable of talking rationally or of giving any rationall
Answer to any thing said to him And these Depts can the better
Depon the same for that they have in their Severall Sums by day
and Night Attended their sd Master in the sd Prison ever Since his
Comittment thereto
