The Humble Petition & Appeale
of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary
Atthill London

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seales of Two of His Majty's Justices of
the Peace for the said City of London & the Liberties
thereof (Quor un) bearing Date the Twelfth day of
October last past Sarah Geary< no role > Wife of Robert
Geary< no role > with her Two Children (vizt) Richard < no role > aged
about three and Sarah < no role > about Two years were
removed from the Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch
London unto the said Parish of St. Mary Atthill London
Alledging the said Parish of St. Mary Atthill to be
the place of their last legall Settlement.

That yor. Peticoners conceiving themselves
agreived by the said Warrant or Order of ye.
said Two Justices, Do humbly Appeale to
your Lords and Wops therefrom, And pray
That your Lords and Worps will be pleased
to hear them concerniing the Prmisses. And [..]
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of St. Dionis
Backchurch London may appear before
you, and hear and abide the Judgement
and Determinacon of yor Lords & Worps
touching this Appeale
