That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seales of Two of His Majty's Justices of
the Peace for the said City of London & the Liberties
thereof (Quor un) bearing Date the Twelfth day of

removed from the Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch

unto the said Parish of St. Mary Atthill London
Alledging the said Parish of St. Mary Atthill to be
the place of their last legall Settlement.
That yor. Peticoners conceiving themselves
agreived by the said Warrant or Order of ye.
said Two Justices, Do humbly Appeale to
your Lords and Wops therefrom, And pray
That your Lords and Worps will be pleased
