The humble Petition and Appeal of Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Parnerasin Pancras
Lane London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace within this City (one being of Quor)
bearing Date the twenty first day of April last pase

was removed from the parish of St. Andrew Undershaft
into the said Parish of St. Pancras in Pancras Lane
alledging the sd
parish to be the place of her last Legal settlement
That your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant and Judgment of the
said two Justices and do most humbly Appeal to
from Honour & Warps therefrom
Your Petetioners therefore most humbly
pray your Honour & Worps will be
pleas'd to hear them in ye premisses and
Order that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St
Andrew Undershaft may appear
before you & hear & abide the Determinacon
of ye Honr & Worps touching ye sd appeal
And he shall never pray
