of the Poor of the Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch

That one

by Virtue of a Pass
Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of two of his Maties Justices of
the Peace
for the City of London
(Quorm Unus) bearing Date the Eighth
Day of January instant was removed from the parish of Allhallows the
less
in the said City of London
unto the said Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch
alleadging the said Parish to be the Place of her last legal Settlement
That your Petrs Doubt not but to prove that the said Mary
Walker< no role >
hath not any legal Settlement in the said parish of
St. Dionis Backchurch
whereby they conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant and Judgment of the said two
Justices And do humbly Appeal to your Honr and Worpps
therefrom
Your Petrs therefore most humbly pray's your
Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear them in
the prmisses and that the Churchwardens, & overseers
of the said Parish of Allhallows the less may appear
before you and hear and abide the judgment &
determination of your Honr and Worpps therefrom
touching this Appeal
