The humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Dunned St
Andrews in the County of Wilts .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of Warrant under the hands Seals of two of
his Matys Justices of the peace within ye City of London (Quor
unus) bearing Date the 21 day of August last Richard
Hooker
< no role > was sent and delivered by the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the poor of the Pish of St. Mathew in Fryday street London
unto the Churchwardens & Overseers of ye poor of ye sd Pish of Domin
St Andrews in ye County of Wilts Alledging the sd Pish to be the
place of his last Legal Settlement

That your petitioners conceive themselves aggrievd
by the said Warrt & Judgment of ye sd two Justices and
do most humbly appeal to yr Honr & worps
therefrom

Your Petitionr therefore most
humbly pray your Honr & Worps will
be pleased the hear them in the premisses
and Order that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of ye poor of ye sd Pish of St
Matthew in Fryday street may appear
before you and hear & abide the
determinacon of yr Honr & Worps
touching the said Appeal.

And yr petrs shall ever pray Etc.
