There is no possitire evidence to be found to make it appeare
what weapon the Wound was given with. but the Surgeon that opened the
body was of opinion that it was not with a knife but other
and Iron skewer, or Such Like weapon, which made and fynde
it so in the Inquisicon but you way put a knife, or what you
thinke Fitt in the Endictmt:for that make above is not traversable

the statute of stabbing
