The Informacon of JohnJonathan Mounsey< no role >
of the Parrish of St Dunstan in the
West Surgeon taken & acknowledged
upon Oath the 24th Day of Aprill
Anno Dui 1718

This Informt: Sayth, that on thursday the 17th Day of
Aprill Instant in the Evening, he was Sent for to the
Horn Tavern in Fleet Street to Dress Mr William
Bowen
< no role > of a Wound he had a Little before received.
And Sayth, he found two wounds on his body.
one of which was under his right arm & only a
FleshingWounds, & not mortall. but the other
was on the Lower part of his belly a Little on the
right Side near the Groyn & penetrated into
the Cavity of his body. & entered [..] one of the
Gutts which wound he beleives was done with A
Sword with a very small poynt. & that Mr Bowen
Lived to the 20th of the Sayd month, & then dyed
of the Sayd Last [..] wound at the Parrish
of St Bridges als Brides London
