Upon the humble Petition of ye. Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Anne
Black Fryer (London Setting forth that They are not
able to maintain their several poor within their sd
parish and Praying that this Court would grant
them some releife towards the maintenance of
their said poor This Court doth think fitt & Order
That the sd Parish of St Ann Black fryers be releived
with the sum of Thirty pounds by such parishes
within this City as shall be found able to contriable
towards the same And that it be referred to Sr.
Willm Withers< no role > Knt & Alderman of this City to
enquire on what parishes in London the said Rate
may be assessed And what sum of Sums of money
such parishes may be able to pay towards ye sd Thirty
pounds given for ye releife of the sd Parish of St Anne
Black fryers London and that the Report his Opinion
at the next Sessions of peace to be held for this City
