the Psh of St. Botolph Algate Brazier , Taken before
Sr. Wm Withers< no role > Knt , One of his Majties Justs of
the peace for this Citty & Libs on the 17 day of this
present May 1718

These informants upon theire respective Oaths say,
that about 11. at night being the 16th. instant, they mett one
Robert Harrison< no role > in the Street, crying (wth. a Loud Voyce)
King James the third; King James the third: adding (as
this Depont. Smart Sayeth) Whoe dares oppose him:
But As the other Depont Perkins sayeth: adding whoe dare
oppose King James: Both these Depont say they beleive
he was drunk
