Sheweth

That by an Order dated the 23th. of October last under
the hands & Seales of Sr. Charles Peers< no role > Knts. late Lord Major
of the Citty of London & Sr. William Withers< no role > Knt. & Alderman
of the said Citty Two of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for the said
Citty (Quorum Unus) One Rebeccah. Paine< no role > & John Paine< no role > her Son
were passed from the parish of St. Mary Stayning London to the
said parish of St. Peter le Poore as the place of theire last legall
Settlement.

That the Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poore of
She said parish of St. Peter le Poore Conceive themselves
agrieved by the said Order And therefore Appeale from
the same to this Honoble. Court & humbly pray to bee
relieved against the said Order.
