John Wade Pedley< no role > of the parish of Covent Garden in the County
of Middx Doctor in Physick maketh Oath That he this Dept. on
the third Instant attended Majr. William Scott< no role > at his house att
Acton in the Said County of Middx and this Dept. doth verily
beleive that it will endanger the Said Majr Scotts life in Case
he should be removed from his Said house for that the Said Major
Scott is now languishing under the Gout and Reumatism and
a Complication of Severall other distempers in So much that the
Said Majr Scott can't be Stirr himself being bed rideen [..] And this Dept
further Saith that he hath been informed & doth verily beleive that the Said Major
Scott hath been ill and very much indisposed at his Said
house for the space of two months last past
