The humble Peticon & Appeale of the Church Wardens
& Overseers of the Poore of the Parish of Alhallows in
Lombard Street in the City of London .

Sheweth that by virtue of a Warrant under the hands & Seales
of two of his Maties Justices of the peace within the City of London
(One being of the Quor)bearing dae the Twenty third day of Novemr.
now last past One Elenor Perkins< no role > Widow of Augustine Perkins< no role >
was Removed from the parish of St. Buttolph without Aldersgate
to the parish of Alhallows in Lombard Street alleadging the sd. Parish
is the place of the last legall Settlement of the said Elenor Perkins< no role >

That your Peticoner doubt not but to prove that the
said Elenor Perkins< no role > had no legall Settlement in the sd. parish
of Alhallows in Lombard Street , whereby they Conceive
themselves aggrieved by the Judgment of he sd. two Justices
& doe humbly appeale to your Honour & Worships thereupon

Your Peticoners therefore humbly pray your Honour
& Worps will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses.
and order the Church Wardens & Overseers of the poore
of St. Buttolph without Aldersgate to hear & abide the
Determinacon of your Honour & Worships
touching this appeale.
