Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us whose hands
and Seals are hereunto sett Two of his Maties Justices of the Peace
for the City of London
and Libties thereof (Quor unns) by you the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Buttolph
without Bishopsgate
within the Libties of the said City. That one

to inhabit in the said Parish endeavouring to settle there contrary
to Law, And that he the said Jonathan Rimell and his said
Four Children are become chargeable to the said Parish
And whereas upon Examinacon touching the premisses
taken before us upon Oath, We the said Justices do
adjudge that the said Jonathan Rimell and the said Sarah
Rimell

and do alsoe adjudge that the Parish of Brayles
in the County

to the said Parish of Brayles in the
County of Warwick; and them deliver to the Churchwardens &

provide for them according to Lawe Given under our Hands and
