Compt. being this day made unto us, whose hands & seals
are hereunto sett TWO of her Majesties Justices of the
peace for this Citty and Liberrites thereof (Quor un)
by you the Churchwardens and Overseers for the Peter
of the parish of St. Andrew Holborne London That
Ann Tomlins< no role > is come into your Parish, not having
any Legall Settlement theiron: and is become charge-
-able thereunto: And for as much as it apprears unto
us the said Justices upon the Oath of the said Ann
Tomlins< no role > , that she dwelt as an hired servant for more
then one whole year, wish Mr Gower Apothecary &
then an Inhabitant in the parish of St. Dunstans
west : since noe other settlement appearing Wee doe
thereofe adjudge the said parish of St. Dunstans
west to be the Legall settlement of the said Ann
Tomlins< no role >

These are therefore in her Majesties name requ-
-irring you the Churchwardens and Overseers for the poore
of the parish of St. Andrew Holborne London forthwith
upon sighe hereof to convey the said Ann Tomlins< no role >
into the parish of St. Dunstans west delivering herto
the churchwardens and Overseers thereof a someone
of them, whoe are hereby required to find, and provide for
according to Law: Hereof faile not at your perrills.
