the humble Petition and appeale of the Master and
Wardens of the Company of Merchard Taylors London

Sheweth

That The Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St Martin Outwich have rated your Petrs Eighteenth
pounds towards the poors rate in the said parish for part of
their Hall which is Scituate in the same parish Which Rate
your Petitioners humbly conceive is very unequall and
in reasonble and do most humbly appeal to your Honr and
Worrpps [..] for releif therein

Your Petitionr therefore most humbly pray your
Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear them in
the prmisses and that the said Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor may appeare before you
to abide the Determination of your Honr & Worpps
