me Saith that on Sunday last abt. Five in the afternoon
meeting wth. one

he the sd. Fowles asked this Examinant
to go wth. him into London and as they were going
over London Bridge
they mett with another Pson
who was the acquaintance of the sd. Fowles. and that
they all three went together to a place in the City
wherewhich Fowles pretended
towas the Shop where he
worked and that when they were come near to ye
place Fowles and the Other person desired this
Depont.
Examinant to Stay whilst they went to fetch some
of Fowles's things that were in the Shop: wch. he
accordingly did and that Fowles and the other Pson
then went over a Gate and by some means gott
into the Shop, and afterwards coming out at the
shop door the sd. Fowles and other Pson brought from
thence a pair of Streets, Three Shirts, affrock, a Wastcoat
and Three Stockings which Fowles then declared to
be his Goods, and that they all Three went imediated to a house
in the Mint in Southwark
, which Fowles said was

woman in bed for Eight Shillings
