Complaint being this made unto us Two of Her
Majesties Justices of the years for this Citty and
Libties thereof (Quor unus) by you the Churchwardens
and overseers of the poor of the parish of St
Ann's Black Fryer's London Thos one Mary
Allen< no role > widow come lately into your said Parish &
is likely to be some chargeable thereto unless
timely prevented And For Smith as it appeares
unto us on the Oath of the said Mary Men< no role > that
her lost legall Settlement [..] was in the parish of St.
Thomas the Are of the London where Christoper
Allen< no role > her husband hired in an house of Seaven
pounds P Ann rens in Blander [..] Ally in the said
Parish for two yeares & upwards about six yeares
agone & of Scott & Lott in the sd. Parish wherefore
wee the sd. Justices doe Adjudge the last legall
Settlement of the said Mary Allen< no role > to [..] the
Parish of St. Thomas the Arostle aforesaid.

These are therefore in Her majesties Name to
require you to remove Convey & pass away the
Said Mary Allen< no role > from and out of your sd. Parish.
of St. Ann's Blackfryers London And her [..]
deliver to the Churchwarden's and overseer's
of the poor of the Parish of St. Thomas the
Crostle whom wee doe hereby require to
receive and provide for as the Law direct Hereof
faile not Given under our hands & Seals
