The humble Petition of Thomas Waples< no role > now
a prisoner in Newgate .

Humbly Sheweth that your Peticonr. hath been confined
in Goal for a considerable time and hath suffered great
hardships during his Imprisonment.

That no body hath preferred and till of Indictment against
him since his Imprisonment

Your Peticonr. therefore humbly prays your
honour and Worships wilbe pleased to discharge
him from his Imprisonment or admitt him to bail

And Your Petr, (as in duty bound) Shall ever pray Etc.
