The humble Petition and Apepale of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poore of the Parish of St. Olaves in the Old Jewry London

Sheweth

That one John Biss< no role > with Elizabeth< no role > his wife and Joseph< no role > his Child by Virtue of a
Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of her Maties Justices of the peace
within this City (one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 31st. Day of January
last past was removed from the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate London
unto the said Parish of St Olaves in the old Jewry alleadgeing the said Parish to
be the Place of the last legall Settlement of the Said John Biss< no role >

That your Petitionrs doubt not but to prove that the said John Biss< no role > never
had any legall Settlement in the said Parish of St Olaves in the old Jewry
whereby they conceive themselves aggreived by the Judgment of the
said two Justices and doe humbly appeale to your Honr and Worpps
therefrom

Your Petitionrs humbly Pray your Honr. and Worpps will be
pleased to heare them in the Prmisses and that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poore of the sd Parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate may appeare before you and heare and abide the
determination of Your Honr. and Worpps touching this Appeale

And your Petitioners Shall Ever Pray Etc.
