That he had faithfully Executed the sd office of
Overseers of the Poor and that there is due to him

And praying an Order of this Court for his
reimbursments It is thereupon considered and
Ordered by this Court that the said Petition
be referred to John Cap< no role > Esqr Alderman of
the said Ward of Portsoaken to examme the Land and give
such order [..] therein as to him shall seem meet
