on prtence of freeing [..] him of the said Child; and this
Examinant was informed that Mr. Eargus was to pay,
fifteen pounds & She was to give sums him the said
Mr. Eagus good seeming to indemnifye him from
any charg of the said Child for time to came;
and further made Oath that former Thursday, night last
being the 15 Instant November being at the said Joseph
Walker
< no role > s Goule wth. the said Mrs. Whitten &
Mr Walker wife to the said Joseph Walter< no role > it was
then preposed by the said Mrs. Walker that the said
fifteen pounds should be decided as follows (Vizt)
one Guinea to the Attorney I that Ached for them
in the aforesd. affair & half a Guinea a poore to such
two persons that should be security unto the said
Jacobs Eargus< no role > for this Examinant and the residue
of the said fiveteen pounds was to have been equally
divided between the aforesaid Katharine Court< no role >
Mrs. Whitton Joseph Walker< no role > Junr. & this Examinant
And this Examinant made Oath that being timorous &
unwilling to peced in the Sd. deceitfull Continuance and
Combination & informing the said Joseph Walker< no role > Senr.
thereof he assured her that he would bear her this
Examinant harmless as far as five pounds went
and the said Katharine Court also assured this
Examinant the would stand by her and the said
Joseph walker< no role > Katharine Court & Mrs. Whitton
advised her to proceed in the said Continuance and
the more to encourage [..] Joseph Walker< no role > Cent her this
Examinant five shillings or where about ;and this Examinant
further made Oath that the said Joseph Walker< no role > Senr
& his wife & the said Mrs. Whitton were all of there
fully informed that the reale Child was stillborn
