Upon the oath of John Avery< no role > one of the Churchwardens
of the parish of St James Dukes place London Setting forth
That they had not due Notice of An Appeale brought
against the said Parish of St James Dukes Place by the
Churchwardens of St Mary Woolnoth London It is thereupon
Ordered by this Court that the sd Churchwardens of St Mary
Woolnoth do appear before her Maties Justices of the peace
at Guildhall on Tuesday the Tenth Day of July instant at
Nine of the Clock in the morning to shew Cause why aformer
Order made at the Quarter Sessions of the peace concerning
the said Appeal should not be reversed
