WHEREAS it appeareth unto Us, whose Hands and Seals
are hereunto set, Two of her Majesties of the
Peace for the said Citty
(Quorum unus) upon the Complaint of the Church Wadens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Alhallows on the wall
in the said [..] , that Margarett Hounsell< no role > widdow is
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
there without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of the
House of her abode in the said Parish, according to
the Statue in that Case made and provided; And that the said
Margarett Hounsell< no role > is
[..] become chargeable to the said Parish; And whereas it appeareth
unto us, upon the Oath of the said Margarett Hounsell< no role >
that She was last legally setttled in the Parish of
St. Austin London where she lived for Severall dayes both
before and after the first day of May which was in the yeare of our
Lord one Thousand six hundred Eighty five and that she hath
not had any legall Settlemt. since

These are therefore in her Majesties Name stictly to Charge and Com
mand you and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof to remove and
convey the said Margarett Hounsell< no role >
from the said Parish of Alhallows on the Wall London
in the said CountyCitty to the Said Parish of Alhallows on the Wall London
and deliver herunto the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required to receive provide for her
according to Law Hereof fall not at your Perils. Given under our Hands
and seals the 3d. day of May in the fifth Year
of the Reign of our Soveraign Lady Anne by the Grace of God,
of England, Scotland, France, and Ireland, Queene Defender of the
