in writeing to the said Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poore or any of them according to Law or haveing
gained any legall Settlemt. there and is likely so
become chargeable to theire said Parish And
Whereas it appeares unto us upon the Oath of
the said Thomas Ferrester< no role >
That his last legall
Settlemt. was in the Parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate
in the County of Middx where he lived
an Apprentice
for the Space of Four yeares with

These are therefore in her Maties name Strictly
to charge and comand you the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poore of the Parish of St. Martins
Ludgate
London some or one of you upon Sight hereof
Toremove and convey the body of the said
Thomas

with his wife and five Children out of
your said Parish unto the said Parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate
in the County of Middx
and them
deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poore there or to some one of them whoe are hereof
required them to receive Pvide for (as occasion
shall require) untill they shall be of them discharged
by one Course of Law and for Soe doeing this Shall
be your Warrt. Given undr.
