Whereas complaint hath beene this Day made unto us whose
handes and Seales are hereunto Sett two of his Majesties Justices
of the Death of the City of London

Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poore of the Parish of St.
Giles without Cripplegate

lately come into the said Parish endeavouring to gaine a Settlement
there without giveing Notice in writeing the place of his Abode
or Number of his family to the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poore of the Same Parish as by Law is required and us likely
to become chargeable to the said Parish And for assume as Oaths
is made before us by the said

yeare since he lived with

for Seaven yeares
or thereabouts in chersey
, in the County of Surry
and Afterwards maried
a Bride named

now liveing by whome he hath had three Children

aforesaid And it doth
not appeare unto us that Hee hath

on the officers of the said Parish of St. Giles

Some or One of you to take passe and convey away the said

and there deliver Him to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poore of the same Parish or to Some or One of them who are
hereby likewise in his Majesties Name required to receive & provide
for them according to Law and hereof you nor ann of you are
