comeinto their said Parish endeavering to So the there without
giveing notice in writeing according to Law or haveing gained any
Legall Settlement & whereas it appeares unto us upon the oath
of

Register Book Keeped for that purpose that The Said

was on the 6th day of October 1689 Baptised as an
Inhabitant of the Tower Liberty

Churchwardens & Overseers of the poors of the pish of St. Olive Hartstreet
some or one of you upon Sight here of forthwith to remove I convey
the body of the said

out of yor said pish unto the
said Tower Liberty
deliver him unto the Churchwardens and
overseers of the poors thereof or to Some or one of them who are
hereby required him to receive & pvide for fas occation shall
require untile they shall bee of him discharged by due Course of
Law & for soe doeing the shall be yor Wart. Given undr our hands
