Parrish of St Clements Daniel in the County of Middx
& that she sd John Bartlet< no role > with a Continue Swor
of one Shilling value did then & there give [..] the
so Geo: Coppin [..] in & upon the Left side of his
belly neare his Gray are one Mortall would of
the Length of halfe on Inch & Deapth of 5 Inches
of which he Laugin she from the said 9th of Nov to the
11th of [..] same month as well at the Parrish of St. Clements
D [..] in the County of Middx as at the Parrish of Birds
London & on the 11th of the said month Dyed at St Brides
