Forasmuch as Complaint hath beene made unto us Two of these
Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the said Cittie (Quor unus) by the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poore of the Pish of St. Buttolphs

lately come into the said Pish and there privately and Clandestantly
left Thomas Taylor< no role >
her sound, without giveing notice in Writing
according to an Act of Parlyamt. in that case made and Provided
and not haveing gained any other Settlemt. there is like to become
Chargeable to the same if not timely prevented And whereas
it appeareth unto us upon the Oath of Anne Wells< no role >
that the
said Thomas Taylor< no role >
was borne in the Hamlett of Wapping
Stepney
in the Pish of Stepney als Stebunheath
in the County
of Middx aboute Six & Moneths Since and there timed with his
Father in Denmark Streete
These are therefore in their Majesties Names to Charge & Comand
You the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poore of the said Pish
of St: Buttolphs Aldgate
some or One of you to Convey the Bodie of
the said Thomas Taylor< no role >
into the Hamlett of Wapping Stepney
in
the Pish of Stepney
aforesaid and him deliver to the Churchwardens
or Overseers of the Poore of the said Humblet or to some or one of
them who are hereby Required him to Receive and provide for as
One of the Poore of the said Hamlet untill they shalbe of him discharged
by due course of Lawe and for soe doeing this shalbe your Warrant
