Whereas complaint hath been made unto us, two of
his Maties: Justices of the peace
for this City (Quorum unus)
by the Church-wardens and overseers of the of the Poore
of the Parish of St Thomas Apostles
in the said City that
Mary Biggmare< no role >
is lately come into the said Parish as a
Lodger and she being with child is likely to bee chargeable
to them, and whereas it appeareth unto us the said Justices
by the Oath of the said
Mary Biggmore< no role >
that she was last
legally settled in the Parish of St George Southwarke
J Ward
These are therefore be in his Maties: name strictly
to charge and comand you, forthwith upon sight
hereof to remove and convey the said
Mary Biggmore< no role >
from the said Pish of St Thomas Apostles
to the Pish
of St Georges Southwarke
and deliver her unto the
Churchwardens and overseers of the poore there, who
are hereby required to provide for her, according to
Law Hereof fail not att Yor: Perills, Given under
our hand's and seals this, the 3th day of May 169
