This Dept. saith that falling into Company with two
Women then un known to this Dept. the name of one
of which this Dept. is since informed to be Fenny
Pretious< no role > als Browne< no role > and being at ye Harr Tavern in
white fryers the house of one John Price< no role > this
Dept. saith that he has caught the hand of the
said Fenny in his Pockett & that she had taken
thereout ten Guineas one of which he this Dept.
tooke out of her hand & one other she dropt at ye [..]
time undr. the table which this Dept. also tooke up
whereupon this Dept. saith that Complaining to the
Master of the house he did not only device his assistance
to this Dept. but also favoured the women Justling him
soe that he gave the Companion of ye said Fenny
Pretious als Browne opportunity to escape who this
Dept. verily beleives conveighed away the other Eight
Guineays.
