GEORGE the third by the grace of God, of Great- Britain , France , and Ireland , King, Defender of the Faith, and so Forth. To Thomas

< no role > and John Doe< no role > and to every of them, greeting. For certain causes, us thereunto moving, we command
and strictly enjoin ye, and every of you, that laying aside all pretences and excuses whatsoever, ye be in your proper persons before our Justices, assigned
to deliver our Gaol of Newgate , of the Prisoners therein being, for the County of Middlesex , at Justice-Hall in the Old-Bailey , in the Suburbs of the
City of London , on Friday the Twenty fouth Day of April Instant at the hour of Eight of the Clock in the fore noon of the
same day, then and there to testify the Truth, and give evidence according to your knowledge, between us and William Gray< no role >
in a Case of Felony And this none of you shall omit, under the
penalty of one hundred pounds, to be levied upon the Goods and Chattels, lands and tenements, of such, and every one of you, as shall fail in the premisses,
