For Felony

William Gray< no role > the above named Prisoner , and William
Johnson
< no role > of Mint Street in the Borough of Southwark
land County of Surry Gentleman Severally make Oath
as follows And first this Deponent William Gray< no role >
for himself Saith that Thomas Wilkinson< no role > of Fullwooods
Rents Holbourn in the County of Middlesex Hawker
and Pialer is a Material Witness for this Deponent and without
his Testimony this Deponent cannot with safety take
his Trial, And this Deponent further Saith that he did
on Friday the twenty fourth day of April Instant
cause a Subpoena to be Issued in order to serve the
said Thomas Wilkinson< no role > and hath caused all dendiligence
to be used to serve the same but without Effect and which
said Subpe [..] na is hereunto annexed, And this Deponent
William Johnson< no role > for himself Saith that he did on Friday
the twenty fourthday of April Instant go to the Lodgings of the
said Thomas Wilkinson< no role > at the Duke of York in Fulwoods
Rents Holbourn aforesaid in Order to serve the said
Thomas Wilkinson< no role > with a Copy of he said Subpena be
were this Deponent was informed by [..] Mrs. Mitchell
the LandLady of he said House that the said Thomas
Wilkinson
< no role > does Lodge there but that he was gon to
Northumberland on his Business and would not return
untill the latter end of May or the beginning of June next
and which information this Deponent believes to be true
