The Information of John Turnbull No. 152 Ratcliff Highway
Brazier and James Nowland< no role > of Chigwell Street Labourer
both in the Parish of Saint George Middlesex Taken this 16th.
day of February 1789 before me John Staples< no role > Esquire One of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the said County
and first the said John Turnbull< no role > on his Oath saith that on
Saturday Evening last between seven and eight O Clock he was
Robbed of the Copper Coal Scoop produced which is of the
Value of twelve shillings and the said James Nowland< no role >
on his Oath saith that on Saturday Evening last he saw
the person presant who says his name is Michael O Donnel< no role >
take the Copper Coal Scoop produced out of the Shop of the
said John Turnbull when Informant Seized the said Michael
O Donnel and Delivered him into the Custody of a Peace
Officer
