The Examination of Samuel Young< no role > admitted an Evi-
dence for the Bown this 28 day of Jany 1789

Who an Oath says that on Wed-
nesday or Thursday last this Infort, James underhill< no role > a Taylor , John
Camberidge
< no role > (alias peggy Darby< no role > ) Dust man , [..]
[..] and Francis Fleming< no role > , Broker met at sd.
Francis Flemings House and agreed (to Rob a Yard be laying to one Mr Keston
hired Francis Flemings House in Pye street ) that last
Friday about nine O Clock at night this Infors. sd. James Un-
-derhill, John Camberidge Francis Fleming< no role > & one Wm.
Holmes
< no role > not at the House of one Thompson the Gown
in Old pye Street if they all drank together some half & half
that about Eleven O Clock that night it was agreed that
they should go and commit the said Robbery that sd James
Underhill John Camberidge a Wm. Holmes went to the
Gate that goes into Mr Kertons sd. Yard to get in (over it) to
committ the sd Robbery is this Infort & sd Francis Fleming< no role >
went to sd Francis Flemings House into his yard to a assist
the sd men & that this Infort got over a Wall into the rust
Yard and that the sd. Men in Mr Kertons Yard put an
Iron [..] Tree & Wheel upon the Wall and that they
all got it over the said Walls into the said Francis
Flemings Yard that the sd. Francis Fleming< no role > came
into the yard with a Sighted Candle that the said James
Underhill John Camberidge Wm. Holmes Francis Fleming< no role > &
& this Infort tried to get the sd. Iron axle Tree & Wheel into
a Shed but could not that they were oblidged to saw'd the Spokes, split the Knew
to get off the Axlae Tree that they then Kroched of the Tere &
that it might about 28th that the Axle Tree Weighd about
58th that [..] the sd Francis Fleming< no role > had got the said Axle &
Fire in Possession he would not give but sd [..] for it that sd.
Fleming gave them 6 Shillings & Two pence for the sd. Iron &
that the sd Four Men, name by this Infort James Underhill John
Cumberidge in Wm. Holmes divided the sd. Six Shilling & Two pence
One Shilling & Eight pence half penny Each yt sd Frances Fleming< no role >
Kept Back several bound Wright of ye sd Iron for his share saying
He had as great a Right to a Share as any of them for the Truith
he had that they threw the pieces of the Wheel they had broac Upon
the Ruirrs Just by that this Infort was never concerned in any
other Robbery before this excepting taking as piece of Iron out of
Mr Kertons Yard in Company wth John Cumberidge who sold
it to sd Frances Fleming< no role > for Sixteen pence
