Who upon his Oath saith That he lived in Shoe Lane
and
about the hour of Seven of the Clock in the Eveng. of last Wednesday
was fortnight as he was going of an Errand for his Mother
He heard a boy Cry out Murder. This Informant went
to see what was the Matter And he then saw one Robert Rose< no role >

(whom he well Knew before)
Standing Round the boy who said he had been robbed And
as soon as some other People came up to the boy the said

down George Alley
who was pursued by two or three
run but was not taken at that time And that Robert

now present are two of the said
