Who upon his Oath saith that on Tuesday Night the
17th. Instant coming up Holborn he met with the two
Prisoners

and Ann Hott< no role >
& went to a House
in Cross Lane
along with them and they agreed to sleep
together they had a Supper & some different kinds of
Liquor they went to Bed the said Thomas platt< no role >

Prisoner

afterwards that he put this Breeches under his
Head when he pulled them off in which was a Silver
Watch a light Guinea one half Guinea in Gold and three
half Crowns in Silver that in about half an Hour afterwds.
the Prisoner Ann Hott got up and went away upon which
he the said Thomas Platt< no role >
immediately searched for his
Breeches and found his Watch and likewise his Money
above mentioned gone upon which he charged the
Watchman with the Prisoner

he apprehended the Prisoner Ann Hott but upon
searching her found no property of any Kind
