Who upon his Oath That on last Wednesday was fortnight at
about the hour of Seven of the Clock in the Evening in Shoe Lane

in his Way to Falcon Court
He was Stopped by three or four
persons one of whom Seized hold of a Candle which he had on
his Arm and Dragged him into an Alley He then Cryed out
Murder They then three him down and one of them put his
hand to his Month and said he would cut his Wind pipe
if he made a Noise One of the said Persons then Struck
him upon his left Arm (upon which was the bundle) which
numbered it and then got the bundle away [..] from [..] him and
gave it to one of his Companions who Immediately ran
away with it And this Informant further saith that
