saith last night between the hours of Nine and Ten he heard
a Noise in a Empty house in the said Alley he called the Watch
and Sydney Ripper < no role >
went to the said house with others and found
The Two men present who say their names are Thomas Thomas< no role >
and Joseph Macdonald< no role >
in the said house and
the piece of Street Lead produced he found therein

on his Oath saith
he hath been to see the house in which Wm. Hatch< no role >

robbed of a great Quantity of Lead put has not a Doubt the
piece of Lead produced had been taken off the said house
[..] is his property and of the Value of Three Shillings
