and Richard [..] Henry< no role > taken before
me one of his Majestys Justices of
the peace for the said County

Who being upon oath say and First
this Informant Richard Handsey< no role > for himself
Saith that he saw the person now present
who calls himself William Grant< no role > [..] come
out of the other Informants' house in Tottenham
Court Road this Morning with the Dressing Glass
produced in his possession & that he immediately
pursued [..] And apprehended him

And this Informant William Forbes< no role > for
himself saith that the Dressing Glass produced
is his property and doth therefore charge
the said William Grant< no role > with feloniously
taking and carrying away the same
